This year, I will be running my first Marathon in support of RallyCap Sports.
Sports have played a large part in my life beginning with youth soccer and basketball to playing varsity field hockey and lacrosse in high school. Serving as the captain of my field hockey team taught me how important team work is on and off the field and how sports truly bring people together. I still carry many of the lessons that I learned with me today.
RallyCap Sports mission is to provide recreational sports specifically designed for children and young adults with special needs.
I am running to help create a world where people with special needs can share in the joy of sports and community.
